If any component in your system purchased from PC Rescue, Inc. is found to be defective within One Year of purchase, PC Rescue, Inc. will repair or replace the defective component with no charge for parts or labor.

This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, neglect, extreme working exposures to dirt, dust and smoke such as factory or construction environments or upgrades/repairs done by anyone other than PC Rescue, Inc. during the warranty period.

Operating system/software problems incurred from users loading and deleting software is not covered by this warranty.

Some components may have a longer warranty provided by the manufacturer. Most monitors have a
Three Year manufacturer warranty.  

MSI Motherboards have a Three Year limited warranty (2 years Parts & Labor, and the 3rd Year Parts Only).

MSI VGA Products have a Three Year limited warranty (2 years Parts & Labor, and the 3rd Year Parts Only).

Western Digital hard drives carry a Three or Five Year warranty depending on the model. 

PC Rescue, Inc. will be responsible for one year from the date of purchase for the PC Hardware (Monitor, Hard Drive, Motherboard, etc..)  After the first year you must contact the manufacturer of the item for service if you are experiencing any problems unless you have purchased the extended warranty.  We will be happy to assist you in getting the help you need after your warranty has expired.  

 




You can add two additional years of full warranty (same restrictions as one year warranty)  coverage on all new systems for an additional $189.99 at the time of purchase or within 30 days after purchase.

Parts and Software Warranty

Any separate products/components or software purchased from PC Rescue, Inc. shall be covered under the warranty specified by the manufacturer's guidelines. There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective items returned. No returns will be accepted 14 days after purchase. 

Please retain original boxes and packing materials for monitors purchased for at least one year in case a replacement is necessary (shipping costs and packing materials for monitor replacement are not covered by PC Rescue, Inc. but may be covered under the
manufacturer's warranty)
